Working conditions
As our company philosophy is quality above quantity, we value each of our colleagues to the most! As we know that producing high quality products is quite demanding, each of our employees has a 5 day working week. Weekend-, Holiday- and Over-work are compensated in a proper way, due to proper planning, unscheduled working times are reduced to the minimum.
Though we can not deny, due to the nature of our industry, deadlines might be pressing now and then, and some night-overs might be unavoidable.
